Speaker Whine (Speaking to you EMPJJ)

Hey JJ are you on. I'm stumped on something.

So I've done a million and one 4 channel installs in my time as an installer and never had issues, but for some reason my car always kicks my ass.

Here's what I've got.

T0 12" Sub and T500-1bd amp which you already know about

Just finished installing my 4 channel setup which includes:

Hertz High Energy 6.5" 2 way components in the front and

Hertz Energy 6x9 in the rear.

And a T400-4 for the power.

HU is an AVIC-8000NEX

Alright so im getting a nasty engine whine through the front speakers. As you know our batteries are in the trunk so my power/ground are not ran near my RCAs (which are Stinger shielded)
I've tried ground loop isolateors at the back of the HU to no avail and at the input of the AMP and nothing. I've tried moving my amp away from my sub amp, I've tried grounding the RCAs, I've tried different RCAs and nothing. I'm ripping my hair out. Ive never had noise issues with any of my installs (at least its my car and not a customers lol)

Do you have any suggestions?? Something my dumb ass might be overlooking?

the amp works but has whine right? what if you jiggle the RCA ports on the amp?

Just seeing if it might be a simplish fix by replacing the rca ports
