The speakers are not well shielded in our car from weather. They probably are shot. I had to replace my fronts already.

they run straight from the harness that plugs into your radio to the speakers.

Mine just did the same thing the left one one day then the right the very next day. Its probably the speakers. Try taking your front speakers out and connect them to one of your rear speaker connectors (assuming they still work) and if the speaker doesn't work there then thats your problem.

Mine does the exact same thing except i get ground loop in them if i hit a hard bump or something. I used to be able to flip the lights of bright and dim and it would quit for a bit but it gets really annoying

my right speaker came back on a few times for a day or two but after a couple weeks of that it died for good. It confused me really bad I never knew that a speaker keep working and not working as it died so I thought there was something wrong with my receiver.

trust me its the speakers. really thou u have 2 realistic options. swap the speakers or take it in to the dealer for them to change the harness's going into the doors or out of the doors or whatever.

a broken speaker is like a broken car there's a bunch of different ways it can happen.

If you're not keeping the car that long, you could probably just throw in a cheap ass set of Durabrand speakers from walmart
