Stereo hiss/crackling while driving

For the past week I hear hissing and crackling while driving, mostly the passenger front speaker and rear speakers going through rough roads. And twice turning a sharp right the driverside front speaker would cut off then back on when car gets straight. Assuming the fronts were giving out due to water, I had new Kickers put in with baffles I got from Amazon, however didn't solve the hissing. I might've found the issue as I slapped the sides of the OEM headunit and the crackling noise is heard. Can it be the headunit?

My other guess is my 2-channel amp powering the speakers with a line out converter. I'm thinking of yanking that off anyway for an Alpine power pack KT445u with speaker input setup to hopefully solve this issue but what are your thoughts? Oh yeah it has no Pioneer system nor Onstar and everything else electrical is fine so it couldn't be the ground.

check your ground for the amp and make sure its solid. also make sure your power wire is not ran next to your rca's. it sounds like your picking up engine noise.

I have this issue with my front passenger speaker. Some days it works, some days it doesn't. Sometimes it cuts in and out, but mostly works if a passenger is in the car and it sounds good when it does work. I'm thinking loose wire but haven't had the time to tear it apart. The old J body did the same thing. Stupid GM.

Speaking of LOC, I wonder if the Alpine 445u power pack can fit behing the HU? That way I can yank out the LOC and 2-channel for that.
