stock mp3 player and WMA format

will the stock mp3 deck play Windows Media Audio format discs? i dont feel like wasting a cd to find out so if anyone knows that'd be great...

Y dont you jus use a cd? If it dont work you wasted maybe 32 cents.

No it will not play WMA. I have tried it. It will only play MP3 and regular CD.

im not sure about our cars specifically...but MP3 is a format... WMA is a format... if its a MP3 player and not Windows...... im gunna have to say its safe to say NO...........also you can store more songs on a cd using MP3 format then WMA.....

So we can make mp3 discs (ie. 200 songs) and they will work too? Or just regular cds that you burn?

as long as your radio has that "Mp3" logo on it it will play mp3 cd's and standard music cd's
