Youll need to replace the satellite radio control unit if you plan on keeping xm. I have the pioneer f700bt hu and kept xm radio so I had to replace the control unit. But I wasa able to use the factory antenna. Its pretty easy to hook up.

Well I got the Pioneer F700BT, and it is an awesome unit, I cant say enough about it, if you want a good HU and finsih off your pioneer system, this is the HU you want. Theres no need for any other amp the factory amp with the sub and all speakers sound totally amazing with this HU, you wont be disappointed.
