i am going to be installing a pioneer avh-p3200dvd into my 06 cobalt ss/sc, and im confused about an install step for the swi-ps. Connect the SWI-PS 's Green wire to Pin A9 Dark Blue of the above connector. Connect Pin A10 White/Black to +12 volts accessory., if anyone has installed one of these could you please explain how to do it.

I've done it, what aren't you understanding? Dark Blue is on the cars harness and then the other cable is to provide power to the steering wheel controls so they will actually work.

i dont understand how im connecting the green wire to the dark blue wire if the dark blue wire is connected to the cars harness already and i am plugging the PAC-C2R GM11b harness into the car's harness. Do I have to cut the dark blue wire off of the car's harness and connect it to the green wire that way??

the green wire is your data wire for the pac swi. the dark blue wire is the data wire for the cars steering wheel buttons. U need to connect the 2 together by putting the green wire inline. Its best when soldered BUT as long as the dark blue is still intact somehow then its ok. The white black on acc is what turns on the steering wheel buttons. Without power they wont work so just run an acc inline as well (this one it makes no difference how shitty the connection is as long as its there)
