They are very perfessional and they really do tough training. only reason i really quite was because i got a job at cisco systems. I will also be willing to help in the car audio department have about 6-7 years experiance. hey simmons i would like ask how do you like the full commission thing?

Or if they need REAL help from someone who DOESN'T work at some big box company and is MECP First Class certified and does the real custom **** all day long...they could just ask someone like me. No offense man, but the posts you have made lately about head units blowing factory speakers and Clean Sweeps summing signals and all that stupid **** has completely shot your credibility in my eyes. Just because you work somewhere doesn't mean you know what you're doing. I see it every damn day.

You shouldn't have to correct yourself, you should know it right the first time. Like I said, you have no credibility. Are you even certified by any large sanctioning body or just "Tweeter" certified which means jack in the world of car audio? Sounds to me like you are just a good salesperson, doesn't mean you know what you are talking about still. If you are on here to help people then at least be all knowing, not just half-assing. You said so yourself above that you don't know it all but you try...that's the kind of person that gives poor advice only because they feel they need to/know how to. I would try a forum with people who don't have nice cars that you can screw up and they won't care.

Apparently you DO know it all and thats good for you. You must be good to because if you go through this much effort to thwart someone just tryin to help, you must really know how to do your job. Congrats to you i'll be quite. Just hope you apply yourself in real life to everything the way you commit yourself to bitching someone out. Have a nice day.

I've been around this field for a while, and I will admit that most people are looking for qualified installers, especially those not knowing anything about it, then your certification might make a difference, but I know several people that know what there doing and do far better work than most of you "Certified" guys. I always talk to my tech/installer for a long time before I decide if he knows what he's doing. I will gladly take the "right" installer over a "certified" installer any day. Most of the Certified people work for those big box stores and they don't know ****.

Simmons... thanks for stepping up regardless. Yeesh... Not like your trying to sell anythi8ng on the forum errr well maybe a little but yea...
Is markup still 100%+ in car audio these days? I wanna get a nice doubledin GPS head unit for my balt.. sigh.... but I don't wanna blow 2400 on the head unit alone.

honestly if you guys dont mind getting crap cheap wait till the end of you year as far as like jan time frame the reason why thats when new models start to come out and old models go down like hell. Mark up now and days is tipicaly 50-75 percent. Tweeter is not a cheap place to go and shop and they bend over backwards for you as a customer. Honestly i wold never shop at a best buy or circuit shity. None of there installers are certified just there department certified. I got certified and when i did they could care less which pissed me off. I was treated like crap. anyways if anyone needs help and cant get ahold of street or simmons I gladly offer my serveses
edit: hey street im working on my silver got any help??
