Alright well, along time ago i made a box for my car measured the dimensions for my car but didnt measure the opening to the trunk . . . so well it didnt fit. So i had to cut the back off the box to fit it into my car and then just now I had it hooked up. The guy who worked on it said that by when i cut the box in the back it messed up the sound quality with the sub because when i cut the back off i also had to cut the vent tube to make room for the sub. Pretty much he said there is no air for my sub and i should just seal it or get a new box.
So in that case what is a good box for my car that isn't going to take up a **** load of space because i need room for my skis and golf bag still but i also want good quality sound and punch. Suggestions ?

Hey nice to see another from Ct. Im right next door to you in Bristol. But about yoor problem. Have you gone to Planet HI-FI in plainville. I have delt with them many times and they are very good at what they do. They can also make custom boxes to if you want.

just find a box that's no taller than 15 inches and you should be alright. If your not entering sound comps then most any box will do. Just make sure you measure before you buy to make sure it will go in.
