Viper 791XV Rear Defogger Hookup

I know some of you guys have experience with these installs. Do any of you know how to hook up the rear defogger/defroster so that I can control it with my remote? The scumbag that did the install was so pissy about it, that he said he did it but never did.

If any of you know that would be great.
