Here's the deal. Starting a car depends on many factors... temperature, crank time, type of engine, etc. You can't just straight up say it takes XX volts to start a car.
Sooo... SKDR112888 said the car started on 8 volts, use that number.

tru, i guess just for saftey sake i should not let it go below 9.5 or something like tht for starting, but i can def go below 10 i think. when i dont have work or class i will try and get a number and post it up
