depends on what you do to what part of your warrenty is voided. They can only voild you warrenty if they prove it was the aftermarket part that caused the problem... so if you add a HU your speakers warrenty might be voided but not much of anything else. With an amp it maybe would void the alt warrenty but it depends on how much of an ass your dealership is. either way it hasnt stopped me and ive got probably a much bigger system then youll ever think about

Most after market speakers and amps are warrantied anyway, so unless you try and blow your speakers, then you will probably be fine. I listen to my stock stereo pretty loud and they still work just fine, and I have friends who have tricked out systems and I have only had one of them had problems with the amp and the audio shop replaced it for free. If you're going to spend money on a system, I wouldn't even worry about warranty for that particular item, but if so then I really don't have an answer for you. Sorry.
