I'm no pro but I don't think you would blow that many fuses out of the blue for no reason.
There has to be a bigger problem here...alt. going...batt. going? Even if you did blow the fuse/s what caused it.

Fist we need to now how your system is set up, are you using a aftermarket HU or an LOC and a fuse tap fpr the remote. What amp/s are you running, how do you have it wired up. (guage, fuse, length, ground)

One more thing, I just re-read your post take a look at your relays, maybe its one of those.

Yeah but it sounds like he blew and acessory fuse, so maybe the remote wire of his amp was on a fuse tap and it blew.

Do you have the wiper fuse tapped for remote to the amp? I've read about that causing problems.

I thought of that as well, thats why I asked how the setup was wired.

It still does not explain why the AC and power steering went. Is there even a fuse for the power steering in the cabin? They all have relays in the engine bay though.
But none of this would matter if he has an aftermarket HU, then there would be no reason for the amp to go out.
At the same time I have never herd of relays going one after another like that as well

More info is needed b/c its all guess work until you can see the whole picture

I also thought his PCM/ECU was taking a **** but Emp. is much better at giving bad news that I am so I left it for the pro

In reallity what ever was changed is causing this problem, or something due to the change (loose wire, forgot to re-connect something, ect) You need to rip the head unit out and see exactly how it was installed and what was done wrong. Sometimes its just a simple oversight that causes so many problems.
When I had my intake installed everything was fine a couple days, then I started getting a flashing CEL and before i could even get to work the car went into limp mode. It turned out when they put the tube in they knocked one of the harnesses that plug into the front of the fuse box loose, the ones that sit right infront of that heat sink. At first glance it looked fine it was just the strap that secures it that was loose, but it still caused hella problems and stress like you don't want to know.
My point is it was a simple fix that just took some attention to detail to solve, but had I left it it would have caused more problems.
If you ignore it it could get worse or become start effecting vital systems. (you loose your ABS, or have your airbags deploy while driving and your really going to be screwed, sans lube)

so i took my car to my friends brother who is a mechanic to have it checked out. and i blew a 20watt fuse. i had my amp for my subs hooked up wrong and it drew too much power and blew the fuse for the instrament panel. the power stearing on cobalts is electronic so when the fuese blew it took the power stearing with it

You didn't have the power wire for your amp running from the fuse box did you?

anyone who is close to an installer wouldnt run anything to the fusebox. the battery is in the back its 100 times easier that way.

i bet A he works in sales for bby not the install bay and B he ran it like that because he couldnt find the battery

First of all I was kiding when i asked about the fuse box, so wow! I can't believe the mentallity behind some of these people who refuse to admit they have bitten off a little more than they can chew (Your buddy at BB)

I had to add this in, this problem took a couple days and whole lot of stress to solve. But lets look at the thread
Fist we need to now how your system is set up, are you using a aftermarket HU or an LOC and a fuse tap fpr the remote. What amp/s are you running, how do you have it wired up. (guage, fuse, length, ground)
just yank whatever you have going into the fuse box... who installed the HU?
Had you explained to us that the power wire was running from the fuse box we could have told you that was the problem. Of course that would have been after we picked ourselves up off the floor from laughing.
