Question Wiring fog lights, universal switch/harness?

Checked behind my trim piece and my Balt didn't come pre-wired for fogs. My only option now is wiring them to the headlights to come on when they do (which I wouldn't like) and wiring them to a switch, which is the route I'm going to go.

Found this on eBay:
Universal Fog Driving Light Lamp Wires Wiring Kit and Switch Harness | eBay

Seems like it's exactly what I need and for a great price. I'm gonna change the switch since that one looks pretty bad to something that looks more stock (since I can't use the real stock one because it sends a "pulse" not actual on/off) probably going with something like this adapted in my trim piece.

Do you guys think it will work with that harness? Seems pretty easy to wire.

Ya looks good, pretty simple wiring. Are you just doing regular bulbs for the fogs or HIDs? Because they make a harness just like that for HIDs too already with the connector on the ends.

I was thinking of doing regular but upgrading to HIDS in the future when I get my headlights. But if they sell the harness all ready might as well do HIDS straight up? Do you have the link? Thanks for your response!

Ya. I just did a quick search can't find the one like you pictured for HIDs like I've seen before but here.
This first link actually is wired for HIDs and Halo's /w a switch.
The second link is just a standard HID wire harness which you can just snip off the end that goes to factory plug and wire it to your switch.
The third link is the adapters if you want to upgrade later.

Oh and don't pay attention to it saying H3 in the last adapter link.. You would just need male adapters to the push fitting to the ballast and thats what it is...

Wow thanks a lot! Deff helpful information. I think I'll buy the regular harness and eventually do the adapters. For only 9$ not a problem. I just dont wanna get my fog lights with HIDS when my headlights are still halogen haha. But yeah in the future I will make them HIDS so that works. Thanks for explaining. If I need help wiring my fogs I'll PM you.

Exactly my thoughts, I'll save up and do headlights and fogs at the same time haha deff going 6000k heads, I'm thinking either yellow or blue fogs, both 6000k would look like 4 headlights lol
