I believe most amps can be connected to the factory unit if connected to a speaker for power. Providing the amp has those connections. Empj where are you?

Actually it's really easy if you have even a simple understanding of audio components. You basically just need to splice into your speakers so that you have an input feed. I just wired up myself a switch so I could turn it on/off and control when it was on instead of the constant on method.

You need a high low converter spliced into the rear speakers then just run the remote from a fuse such as the sunroof for the keyed on power. Or you can try the find a used Rockford 360.1 or jl cleansweep.

Are you looking to run a sub stage or a 4 channel? And the remote is a 12v reference that tells the amp to turn on.

I know this won't work for you because it's a RL but it might give you an idea of what needs to be done.

Just remove the **** and put "red line forums . Com" no spaces lol. I realized it did that after I initially posted. Why does it do that btw?

ill make it simple. If you have the pioneer system then yes it would be. With the 4 speaker base system its not all that hard.

Remember that the stock speakers probably cant take all that much power. In most cases you can get louder by replacing the stock speakers (adding some sound dampening helps too)
