I'm looking at upgrading my stock system for the time being. Might got with something a little more high-end down the road, but for now, just something a bit better.
Already have some speakers picked out, some decent 3-way 6.5"s for the front and 6x9 of course for the back. Just replacing the stock junk.
Gonna throw in a new deck, decided to invest in a nicer one than the aftermarket I already had, too... a Clarion DXZ865MP Touchscreen.
As I said, I don't need anything too extreme. I just want something better than stock. Would that sub (I plan on getting a solo 12") be enough for what I'm looking for? I listen to a wide variety of music because of my friends (I'm a country fan myself, though) but will that give them the pounding they want from their rap crap? :P
Like, uhh... crap, what am looking for... Will it be a noticeable thud?
