you guys think this box will fit?
will I any problems getting this in the trunk of my 06 ss/sc? reason i'm asking and not measuring is because my car is still in the body shop, got rear ended by a 18 wheeler
Dimensions are 34"W x 14-7/16"H x 21"D1 x 16"D2
It's the Q-Logic QLH-1.7512DS at crutchfield.com
Thanks in advance, hopefully I get my car back soon. It's been well over a month!

if you fold down your back seats and remove the backs of the back seats, it is 15" you will fit!! if you havent taking those backs off, its really easy. theres a tutorial on here somewhere

Your sure that I can turn it around and squeeze it in there, even with the 34" width? I'm not sure what the measurement is between the wheel wells. I did do some searching and found that the 15" should be okay. I might try the latch method instead of removing the seats, but I'm not sure yet.

I just built a box for my girls Cobalt that is 35"w x 14"h x 14"D1 x 17"D2 and i had to remove the backs of the back seats in order to fit it in.
Makes ya wonder, they made the car with decent amount of trunk space but such little openings to put stuff in...

if you try to put the box in through the backseat, it will not fit
with the backseats taken COMPLETELY out, the opening is no bigger than the height of the opening for the trunk

So you are telling me there is no chance of it fitting? It's already on order and will be here tomorrow...... I was able to measure dimensions myself on another cobalt and I think I can get it to fit, so I ordered it. Do you know from your own experience that I can't get this box in?
