Basically what you need to do is buy the paint and one tube of black or clear silicon sealant from an auto store, now I used a gas stove or electric stove. heat it up to about 200 degrees no hotter, let it pre heat and when its ready put the light in the oven, let it sit in there for bout a min. Keep checking it till the sealant around the light is soft enough to push with you finger. Then You will need some type of gloves that can bear a lil heat and also fit tight so you can get a grip, try to pull the light apart if it doesn’t work in the first 1 min of being out put her back in the oven for a min or so and try again, then from there your going to take the few screws out to take the housing off the assembly and paint the headlight how ever you chose to, after it's dry put everything back together. This time use a heat gun on the lenses while the rest of the headlight is in the oven, this way there both parts nice and soft and you can very carefully put them back together, once put together apply some good pressure around the light forcing the two parts back together, either deal with the heat and slightly bear hug it or put it on Capet and push on the lenses for about a min. Put it back in the oven with the lenses facing top and let it sit for about a min and take it out and apply pressure to the light and this time for at least till the sealant is some what hard, should be like 3-5 mims. Use the silicone and go around the edge where the lenses seals and put a small bead around the whole light and go back over it and smooth it out with your finger. That pretty much sums it up it will prob take you an afternoon to do or least few hours. I myself have done about 20-30 sets in the past five yrs I can do a set in bout 1.4hrs start to finish.

i also already answerd you geustion the first time you asked it, i just forgot to qoute it. there are not stock sleeves, the ones in my motor are thicker and dont taper of in thicknees towards the bottom of the sleeve, for i had to get a special tool to remove the stocks ones, it was a pita, maybe your thinking i ment sleeved as in making sleevs so the block is no longer a floating block? that i didn't do, but will be doing something like that when i build my motor even better next time.

Max, my car when I bought it back in 6/05, i weighed it on the scale where I use 2 work. With a full tank of gas and the tire in the trunk, I topped the scale off at 2,837 stock.

Updated suspension mods list, will be adding upgraded endlinks sometime in the next few weeks

Even with race fuel you would have to gain 50whp to run that kind of trap and time. Either his mods list is bogus or his timeslip is.

Oh yeah, and derek,I could sure use some extra money right now... since i have to pay in on my state taxes..... Can i have some?............ Considering its part mine anyway, since I and the rest of the hard working wisconsin taxpayers have been supporting your worthless ass, for what a year and a half now. Guess ur build cost too much must be why i have to pay in on my taxes, unemployment dept musta ran low on funds. Wish i could sit home all day, buying things for my car, collecting money that partley comes from My and others incomes, and not making any kind of conscious effort to even find a job... Im proud to work 60+ hours a week for you derek, and barely make my own bills. I wish i could succkle from the teet of the state.

Umm jumbo I have always been looking for a job sep for the first six months of being unemployed, could I have looked harder?? Yes I could have. cause sandy told me to just stay home and take care of things around the house cause she flet bad cause she was why I lost my job, and no that not me blaming her, I lost my job cause she was in management and they didn't like that was was dating her, and some of the people felt threathed that one day I would of taken their job from them. and my unemployment is being Paied by the job I worked at for six years perviously, that I paid into that was employer ownEd, so it actually has nothing to do with you tax dollars yet. Plus I'm not the only one unemployment has been at a record high. And you have never supported me so don't think you did get off your high horse, my wife supported me, not you. Stop claiming 2 or 3 on your taxes and you wouldn't owe, and I don't want to hear your excuse of why you do that because of what you make an hr. But your intitled to your opinion which is cool but, your really starting to abuse it. I built my car with the the 1,300 that sandy gave me and the money that I have in savings and the 3,500 loan I took out at my bank. I also was bought a few parts from my dad for my bday, back then. Your supposive tax dollare put food I'm mine and sandys mouth. I also have been workIng threw a temp place doing temp jobs, lately, I'm also in the works of try to get grants to go to school for auto body. Sandy knows the job market sucks she's been unemploied since the beginning of nov, she was denied unemployment, so we don't care that you owe money on your taxes, we have our own issues. So stop trying to add to them. Your problems are not my fault. So on another note why would I barrow money to someone who's an, ass hat, and been nothing but a dick to me, I never did anything to you, don't blame me for your problems like you claimed I blamed everyone else for mine. I'm dealing with mine, deal with yours, Once again you can flame me all you want I don't care, it only shows a self reflection of you your self. I've allways been one of those guys that everyone knows but is under the radar. stop cuttering my thread with your bogus crap. By the way brush you ******* teeth kid last time I saw you it looked like you brushed with a tube of peanut butter tooth paste. Your disgusting. "Its not what you have done for me in the past, its what have you done for me lately". That's how I see how you work, I can't or havnt done anything for you guys so screw me right. I have a depression problem that's sure to have been known by some of you yes, I can't help that, but I can get help with learning how to deal with it, which I am, so you want to help the matter because sandy cares about me alot. So if your really half the friend you claim you think are to her leave me alone. Cause she is helping me with my depression. Thank you please just honor that if you have so much as an ounce of respect for her.

race gas numbers are a secret, grow a pair and post up.
Put up or didn't happen. Simple as that, **** i can say my LS/V will put down 180 to the wheels, but guess what, i dont have a sheet and never hit the rollers. So i am not gonna say what i could put down, or say what i "could" run.
i see no god damn proof for **** in here, besides a bunch of god damn ******* writing.

baha, i can't wait for spring. I will start up my car and say, damn does it feel good to done all the work on my car and not have to sit there and say "what it supposedly does" Or "keep secrets on what it put down"

hell if i owned a car, i would want people to know what it put down instead of having to sit here and say "its a secret"

Jesus ****, these forums suck now.

Ask me again if I care what you think.
I guess it's true what they say, "friends come and go, Enemies accumulate"...
