i like the sivler 4 door ezayasone23s looks good. but i would go with what the guy said earlier the site is cobaltss.net. so when people log on that dont have a cobalt and see a well base madel with stickers and tinted windows there probley gone to laugh. they want to see the fast car the SS. thats like gone on a srt site a seeing a dam neon on the frount page not the srt-4. that is just my 2cents.

so.........what your saying is that this is for SS/SC only and the rest of us that bought base models to either 1. fix up how we like them or 2. couldnt afford the SS/SC or in my case the friggin insurance was going to go thru the roof and wasnt really a big deal to me. I thought this website was for ALL cobalts.

the site is cobaltss.net we need the SS as the model not a base model. aslo a srt-4 is a neon i know that jackass but it is like the ss vs the ls it is BETTER HAS MORE SPEED. the srt-4 is the fast car has more thigns to it. why dont you go make your own site cobaltbasemodel.com would work great

i definetly think that there should be a 2.2L for the featured car because after all there is no cobaltls.net/com and there is a srction devoted to the 2.2. there are a lot of us 2.2 guys and maybe no heavily modded because we all dont reach into our parents pockets for mods and above all our car payments. i have some mods but i pay my car payment and insurance and for everything myself. i pay rent in my own apartment. and i just turned 20. i think you ss/sc guys should just lay off a bit and stop saying that we are worthless. its BS! we are all still cobalt owners and we all still should be in the running for this title. or maybe i should go ask my daddy to buy me a ss/sc so i have a chance at the featured car. and so **** doesnt have to be said about me.

That's the typical elitist attitude that is ruining this site anymore. "My car is better than yours". Grow the hell up! People like you amost make me glad I DON'T own an SS. A lot of people here have put a lot of work and money into making their 'base model' cars look better, and I'm sure they will do the same to make them perform better once the necessary equipment is available.

I hope, someday, you get your ass handed to you by a 'base model' that has been modified to "have more speed" (as you so eloquently put it) than your car. And I hope a video of it gets posted on here so everyone can see you getting shut down by the very 'base model' that you apparently dispise so much.

Back on topic- I agree that a 2.2 should have a shot at featured car. There are many 2.2 owners on here and everyone should be represented.

The only people complaining about the ss vs basemodel is the people who own the basemodels. I don't have a problem w/ an ls being featured car as long as it looks nice. But I bet if an outsider came in and read some of these posts, I bet they would smell jealousy out of the people who do not own ss's. Not saying all of you, but I feel it out of some people.
