My 2005 Cobalt SS/SC in Victory Red. Built in November of 04 was put off in a warehouse for several months before the anticipated release dates to the public of the Cobalt SS/SC.

I picked this beauty up in March 30th of 2005 as the first publicly bought Cobalt SS in the state of Michigan. All it has is a sunroof which is all I wanted.

I took a few country snap shots of the car when I was out at my dad's prior to the weekend before Father's day. I also own a 2005 Cobalt Sedan LT (Loaded with everything but OnStar) in Blue Granite Metallic.

I feel thankful to be able to afford two cars. I primarly bought the SS for fun and the LT for daily driving (It gets better mileage and looks good with friends going to lunch at work).

I picked up the LT Sedan in November 2005 as the answer to what I am going to drive during the winter (Michigan Winters are bad and I didn't want to risk it in the SS). So I had to drive the LT for several months until April when I pulled out the SS. The SS sat in storage for most of the winter with it being started once every weekend.

Q: Where did you store your car in the winter?
A: In my Dad's pole barn in Lapeer (for those in Michigan who know)

Q: Why Buy two Cobalts?
A: I like cheap econo cars what can I say? Actually I bought the SS for fun and the LT well... I got a good deal on since it was the last 05 in there showroom floor. Good incentives, down payment and interest rate made it a steal and those who went to the car show with me last year know how nice it is

Q: What do you have done to the SS?
A: 5% Tint all around (Except Windshield), K&N Cold Air Intake, Custom Magnaflow Exhaust, DC Strut Bar & Nitto NT555 Tires all around

Q: What's done to the LT Sedan?
A: Stock. I want to add tint and rims and call it even. She is so nice without all the mods on it.

Q: Big plans for the SS in the future?
A: Who doesn't have plans for this nice car? I keep my stuff a secret. That's what makes me sneaky

Q: What did you cover the car with during the winter?
A: A 03-05 Cavailer Car cover, believe it or not both cars are the same length and size width and lengthness wise, I measured it since there was no Cobalt Covers yet.

Q: Do you own other cars?
A: I do! I own a 1994 Cavailer Z24 & a 1993 Jeep 4.0L 4x4.

bump. thanks for the input guys. What cruise this saturday again? Also, the tractor belongs to my dad it's a John Deere 60 Series. I helped him build it from a shell to what it is now. It's going to be showcased in the North Branch parade this summer.

i was haveing a hard time geting people in on the idea....and geting them commeted to spending a 165 at least to get in on the deal so i droped it and went another route thats worked out AMAZEING!!!

I'm still buying it soon myself for tuning purposes when I go to the track to change a few variables. It will be a priceless tool and no one will use it other then myself because they failed to spend the $$ to buy it.
