ah ic it now, why not remove the factory one? that thinng looks ugly in the engine bay, just cap the piping
also the HK should be in the cold side of the piping, and your MAF in the hot side...than retune for blow thru to avoid running rich inbetween shift, whcih could cause a boggy feeling when transitioning over to th next gear

The HKS does little chatter like compression surge when running by itself thats why I'm running both of them for now. I think all i need is a short runner intake manifold that creates vacuum faster which should take care of the chattering problem
The HKS is on the cold side. The MAF is after the HKS so any air that goes to the atmosphere isn't measured by the MAF yet. There is no boggy feeling doing it this way
