09 LNF full moded only boost sometimes while making left turn

09 LNF full moded only boost sometimes while making left turn

Hello guys! My title seems a bit weird but this is it 😂

The car is owned by my brother for the past decade and we build it the good way and was pulling strong for years but now started sometimes to have no boost at all and the boost was coming back when making a left turn.

Now its not intermittant. The car never want to go in boost except 1% off the time aannnndddd that 1% is always on a left turn!

No cells, no code. Nothing.

I own hptuners and the car is tuned by ZZP.

In my hptuners, there is NOTHING that point to a problem.

Here is what I read in WOT situation:

The throttle body is doing what the car want but not what the pilot want:
- Actual pedal position = 100%
- Commended throttle position = 43%
- Actual throttle position = close to 43%

Same thing for the turbo (the car dont want to have boost)
- Actual pressure: around 105kpa
- Desired pressure: 98kpa

The results are good for the rest too
- Fuel pressure is right on the spot versus commended
- Wideband EQ is right on the spot versus commended
- etc

For the mecanical inspection,
we already cheked all those things:
- Pulled out the turbo and splitted it in half (it is like a new)
- pulled out the wastegate (spring is tight and the valve seal nicely
- tested the piping: no boost leak
- checked manifold bolts: nothing loose
- replaced Wideband sensor to be sure
- checked the throttle body
- replaced the battery to be sure to haveta good 14 volt and over for the sensors
- reflashed the ECM with an older tune and it does nothing and reverted back to the last ZZP tune
- Outside temperaturedoes not affect the trouble.
- checked the grounds in engine bay
- added extra ground straps between engine and the frame and battery
-even bypassed the manual boost controller to block the wastegate completely closed and its making no boost because the ecu commend the throttle to stay at 43%...


Right now, the car always pulls like a N/A car around 140hp.
its not like a limp mode where the car can barely move itself.

The turbo is spooling good but the car do not open the throttle body and do not desire to have boost.
and its not a turbo valve or something because its an external wastegate with a manual boost controller and it bypass any kind of electronics for the turbo.

I will post some screenshot of my scans later.

Here is what I've done with the car so far:
- Swapped Gen3 ZZP block
- Ported ZZP head with stage 3 cams, springs and valves
- Turbo stage 3 kit from ZZP (intercooler, piping, external wastegate, manual boost comtroller, borgwarner s257sxe big turbo)
- opel injectors
- neutral balancer shaft
- zzp catless 3inches downpipe
- Moded transmission by mr.Powell and LSJ final ratio
And more.
- ZZP remote tuned

That car was pulling so hard...

I am on the second year of research on that problem...

Turning on you and maybe going to talk straight to ZZP after.

Forgot to talk about when it boost

When we are lucky to have boost, I read on hotuners:

- actual throttle position= 100%
- commended throttle position= 85%
- actual throttle position= 85%

- desired boost: 254kpa
- actual boost pressure: 255kpa (we exceed over 300 but thats normal)


And forgot to tell that the Closed loop / Open loop status is acting the same way we it refuse to give me boost or when it give me boost.
