if you know somebody that can do it..(machining and welding) than it will run about 200 for labor and parts...strangers will be more expensive....i built my turbo manifold for under 60 dollars and will be making a downpipe for about the same price....
and it depends on what material you go with.
mild steel is cheaper, but you will need to have it coated
stainless is more expensive and more of a pain in the ass to fabricate
inconel (nickel alloy) is the king of high temp/corrosion conditions and prepare to take a second mortgage for that
titanium...forget about it lol
the average shop will charge you about 70-95 dollars an hour for fab work of that type...plus material cost depending again on what material you opt for. in total it took a little more than 5 hours to do the manifold with cost of parts at around 45 plus extra stuff (but i made it all so i avoided shop fees) and they may need your car for measurements and such to do all the work
so you are probably looking at a total of between 600-1000 for both and downtime for your car...
hopefully this helps....and of course the price goes down if you know some ppl in the welding/machining business

They cant give you a price cause they have to look at it first and see what kinda bends its gonna need.Id say anywhere from $250-$300.So,your gonna install the turbo and have it towed to the muffler shop?

about the 1st of the year i will be building mine...i'll be sure to take lots of pictures of the process along with explanations of what i am doing
i already made my manifold
pic with turbo on top
still has to be final fitted, ported, welded at the base, and final machining of the flanges
