Lots of fuel stabilizer and leave a minimal amount of fuel in the tank. If you have the option throw a gas tune in before winter and out premium in it.
If not put a fresh Gerry can of e85 in the spring on top of the fuel stabilizer. Make sure you drive the car to get the fuel stabilizer distributed before parking it.

Actually you want to leave the car sitting with a full tank not empty. Ethanol likes to absorb water. So leaving it with a full tank greatly reduces the exchange with air that will create condensation.
You can put fuel stabilizer in but there's really no fool proof additive that will keep the ethanol from absorbing water. The only practical solution is to keep water from accumulating in the tank in the first place. Keeping it in cold storage rather than warm is more benificial also.
