it's the new plastic turbo by APC. redesigned to save weight. All the plumbing is PVC pipe and dryer ducting, too! LOL

i knew as soon as i saw it that it was the horn... i'm guessing if anyone falls for it, they probably just don't know much about cars... why would the turbo be behind the headlight?
