Isn't that one of those electric turbos... Turbonator or something like that.

E-bay is the best place for parts.
Good Deals, Awesome R&D dept. along with that .99 cent resistor got me 30 HP and 50 MPG combined with this man I got the POWAH!

Heck next summer I'll upgrade to the '68 Road Runner Package. Beep Beep.
