14" Steelies, Will they FIt????
The reason I need to know is I have a set of 195 70 14 winter tires that have about 85% tread left on them that were absolutely free, now I need to know if I mont them on 14's will the rim clear the caliper?? or will there be any other clearance issues???

any help would be greatkly appreciated.

No, without proper modifcation to the brake calaper this will not fit.

I think I've read that 16" is the smallest rim you can put on the car w/o rotor clearence issues.

Sorry guys, car is base LS, we are talkin 4 bolts here OEM's are 15's
