2.25" to 2.5" exhaust-worth it?
So recently my magnaflow muffler blew along the seam completely so I had it off to try and weld it back shut. While I had it off I measured the exhaust pipe so I could consider my options for replacing the muffler if my repair didn't go as planned. Turns out I have a 2.25" exhaust when I incorrectly thought I had a 2.5". Exhausts cat-back systems are too expensive to change if there isn't going to be a significant benefit. I already have LT headers and cat combo from ZZP but it is made to mate up with a 2.5" exhaust so 3" is out of the question because I am not about to buy a new header and cat.
Flow mods are: TVS 1320 with 2.9" pulley with meth injection + LT headers already mentioned
My muffler repair went well and it is back to full function no leaks. So my question for y'all is what do you think there is to gain from going to a full 2.5" exhaust over 2.25". Is it something to consider or just leave as is?

I'd say just make it 2.5" all the way, a little more flow isn't going to hurt your setup. Compared to necking down to the 2.25" the 2.5" might net you a couple hp.
