Would anyone like to comet on this before I order.

 

Did you G5 GT not come with something like this? GM has a cable that'll plug into your auxillary input for the ipod.

I thought the SS+ and GT+ had it standard..

 

mine is the 06 it is gray with no aux input and no xm

 

k, don't take this wrong, but for that money, buy the drive and play.

 

If it were me I'd say you could buy a new head unit that has all this stuff standard for about the same price, and I'd go that route instead of buying something untested off of eBay..

 

For that price id say get an aftermarket deck with an ipod/aux input

nothing is wrong with ebay. great deals, just not really worth it unless you absoultlely LOVE the stock deck

 

Yeah, I totally agree, eBay rocks for things if you know what you're getting... but any time I open an auction and my eyes get raped from gigantic, bold, underlined techni-color text I get skeptical right away.

yea i love the stock look of everything on my car and dont wanan change anything, just wondering if anyone had this didn't want to get some thing and it not work

theres a company called smart park that sells the iConnect for our carsr that is the same as you posted but has been tested and is proven to work. Get in touch with smart parka nd find a local retailer. I'll cost a bit over 200 but if thats what you want, well worth it in my opinion.
