I'm a detailer and have been for about 4-5 years. For any tips on waxing and such. I use blackfire which you can get at properautocare.com. It resists car wash soap so you don't gotta keep doing it everytime you wash your car. It's expensive but i think its worth it.

You can also try www.autopia.org - it is an excellent resource - but they use short forms when talking about the products they use and it is a pain in the ass to keep it all straight. The owner of the site also helped develop their own line of Detailing products.
