Arhh!! Broke the door lock pin
Reaching out at the ATM to get my cash and i hit the door lock. damn thing broke in two. Why couldnt they just incorporate into the doors like the rest of the auto industry....

Haha welcome to the club mine came off after a year. Just don't lock your door when your driving or else you are going to have to reach out your door and unlock it with your key. I did that a few times. ARgh, starter cars.

ok ive had this happen. I got mine done under warranty.
The nice thing is it just twists out. I saw the tech replace mine. probably pretty cheap too if your not under warranty. No need to remove the door or anything special.

I have been debating about using the pins from 80's cars since they are interesting shapes and usually chrome. Same as my window cranks, they are from a 89 dodge ram because they have a better look than the stock ****.

Are you sure they twist in? I tried to get mine off some time ago and then was told they don't twist off, are really long, and are actually just the end of a larger piece? I know I can't get mine to budge.
