Pretty much nothing now, maybe painting the interior but if you have electrical issues then they can say removing the trim caused it, GM is cracking down on a lot of things now.

Debadging/Painting Emblems? I dunno best way to mod without warranty issues would be get GMPP parts installed, other than that, a dealer can pull BS to get out of warranty work.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I think no power related performance mod will did anything if you don't have a tune first.

I want a tune but don't wanna void my warranty so that's what holds me back from that. And I was advised not to get a canned tune either.

Just wanted to find out which is the case.

no dyno's but definitely noticed gains
intake, h/dp, engine mount, swaybar

my friends rode in it stock, then after the mods
they were really surprised at the difference

I had the dealer install stage 2, gmpp headers and gmpp performance cat-back and re-tune here in Toronto, Can. for $150.00CAD. I bought all the parts from Crate Engine Depot for a great price spring of 07'. No dealer has given me a problem with warrenty yet.

Wrong, corrected.

That is only for un-tuned SS/TC's. Their computers try and keep them as close to 260hp as possible. With a tune this can be ignored. Mods to a untuned TC might also increase throttle response and the such, though.
