Buying SS/TC need HELP

hey guys quick question if anyone can help out...im looking at buying a 2009 cobalt ss/tc with 19,319 miles from a place here in texas. i sold my 2006 ss/sc last year and am getting back into the cobalt world..my question is whats a fair price to pay for this car?? its bone stock black in color and only the boost gauge in the pillar not the computer deal. if yall could help out with whats reasonable for the car that be great. there selling price is 16,900 so im thinking hopefully around 15,500 or so?? thanks for your help

For a coupe, I would say 13-14. The sedans are generally a little more.

I'd say if it doesn't have G85 either keep looking or have them take another grand off.

Start off with a catless downpipe, k&n Sri and a tune. The car will sound a lot better and will have a significant power gain. Then replace the stock fmic and piping becuase the plastic is junk and prone to fail. After all this get a ky clutch and start playing with e if it's available to you. I recommend finding a good hptuner if you can.
