if it has a carb number it means that it is emmissions legal to put on your car in all 50 states. the whole reason carb legal parts came about is cause california, they wouldnt let you change a part even if it didnt effect emmissions.

alittle update for everyone......
hello , yes the header is now CARB approved and legal in cali , you will need to contact us to get a sticker , currently nothing is in the kits , we actually stamp the CARB EO# on the metal tag on the headers , but we had to many of them instock , so untill the next production run , we are giving stickers when requested .

wait wait wait...

Carb = C.A.R.B. = California Air Resources Board. If it's CARB legal then you shouldn't have any problems.

I somehow doubt that... as Cali is the only state with the super-strict emissions requirements... which may or may not be about to change. Apparently some part of the new CAFE standards says that states can no longer make seperate emissions regulations.

Find me a sticker that says CARB legal, pending in California and I'll believe you.
You may have found a sticker that says pending CARB approval... but saying it's CARB legal but not in California is total doublespeak... b/c CARB laws only apply to california.
