AWESOME! That's exactly what I needed! It does look like it will rub the seats but I think I will just keep an eye on it. If I start to see any start of wear and tear on the seats...the armrest will have to go. Thanks again for the pics, I needed that view of the armrest!

That would be awesome. The pics above (from TheCaptain) will do for now if you read this before you take more. Did you get yours from the dealer? I'm thinking about buying one from gmpartsdirect.com.

I didn't get the pics tonight because by the time that I got home it was dark and all I have is a cell phone. I should be home before it gets dark tomorrow. I got mine from our fellow suporting vedor crateenginedepot.com. I only have a pic from the drivers side door so it doesn't show how close it is to the seats, If you need to see it tonight, I will get it up for you tongith. Let me know.

My armrest came from the parts counter, but i installed it myself as it was backordered to the States when i purchased my car. It was free (or added into the total car price [not really]) however you might want to look at it.
And in the pic there, i should've got a top-down view with the armrest down, but it doesn't rub my seats. It's got almost 1 cm of clearence.

Thanks! I've had it since sept 1, but i've been at work since then. I got a handful of mods and kms in since christmas!

Here are the pics of the armrest installed with the Recaro seats. Sorry that the quality of the pics are not the best. All I have is a cell phone. One of these days I will have to buy a camera.
