that sucks op

i was in a similar situation before once,

driving through an area of town with no stop or yield signs (so wierd! shouldn't ever be that way)

i was crossing an intersection and didn't stop or yield since i figured the cross street had to

next thing i know i hit a chevy blazers rear passenger side quarter panel, sending them sliding into a curb and flipping over!

noone was hurt luckily. my beautiful grand am gt was totaled and their blazer

i got a ticket though since i hit them, but really if i had been a second ahead of them they would have hit me. really didn't make sence, we should have both just sued the city for having these dangerous intersections

if he slowed down to look both ways how could that be his fault? but then again if he hit the front fender then he had to coming at a speed u should have seen, granted there were no stop signs or anything of that nature, but above all else u n ur wife r safe man, balt can b replaced.

He paid the original cash portion, was supposed to send me SSC lowering springs, he said that he though I meant SS/SC springs, never sent those either anyway. We agreed upon $150 cash through paypal again and it's been over 6 months.
