Code Removal

I been searching these forums for a way that I can clear my code thrown from my Intake. Is there a simple way to do this. I saw one post saying that you can do it by leaving your battery unplugged for an hour.

Does this really work? or should I just have the dealer reflash it?

If you don't get it too frequently you can have a place like Auto Zone clear it with their scan tool, I think they read/clear codes for free.

If you get the code on a regular basis install an Aeroforce Interceptor scan gage or buy the scan tool Modern Performance offers. Both can read and clear codes.

Disconnecting the battery will not do jack.

You can buy a cheap code reader at walmart.

ive been having the same problems but dont sweat it man, just leave it. after 3 full cycles of going through the intake, it will adjust the airflow thats coming in. mine always does so i just let it go.

What do you mean by 3 full cycles?
