De-modding with a tune?

quick question, After I fully bolted it I got my car Trifecta tuned if I de-mod my car (sell the intake header DP etc etc) will my car be f***ed? like is it tuned to only run right with that crap on it? should I just leave all that stuff on and sell it as is?

well I'd have to pay to do that right? I mean if its $200 to do that or something (Dont have a cable) then it wouldn't be worth it as I wouldn't make that back with parts.

but thanks

getting the stock tune from vince costs nothing only renting the cable from him if you needed one would cost you and im sure you can get a better rate on the rental from him considering it requires almost no work on his part
