Can you run the triple x sway bar in a stock suspension set up? My cars pretty out of the box... And so far I had the triple x sway bar, the harness bar, and also the strut bars... Any info I should be aware of.

I dont do strut bars as the towers are welded into the firewall not sitting in the middle of nowhere like a Beemer....i would suggest YYZ springs with an XXX bar for track work along with T CABS, you will need snap in lap belts and seats with belt ports for a harness bar if you are heading for le Circuit....reply later, off to NY

Hey John, have a spacer question!
Want a little more poke for my ss/tc on stock rims. I've read all the threads on spacers, but I'm about to install your v.3 yyz spring so want your approval haha. Tires are 235/40/18
I'm thinking 3-5 mm spacer up front with stock studs
Arp extended studs in the rear with 8-15mm hub centric spacer
Would you anticipate any rubbing issues doing this? Can you do thicker spacers?

I must have trained 2500 engineers at GM over the years. John Cafaro is one of the pre emininent designers every to survive the GM culture, he did the C5 , the new Impala and the new truck afaik. Kirk Bennion worked with him back then, Kirk is a super designer; all the folks at design staff there are pretty darn good, again considering the stifling culture that is GM.
Jeff Gordon is one of the best I have ever trained with; smart, sensitive, intellectual, dedicated, fast.
and a regular guy.
so yes.

Didn't Jeff Gordon divorce his wife 2 weeks before their 10 yr anniversary. I thought that was hilarious, something about the money is split even at 10 years? Jeff Gordon is the man, only reason I was interested in Nascar for awhile

alternatively, the Moog drop link is cheap and very robust, a little agricultural compared to the powergrid but if you dont want adjustability and are concerned about bux, go mooog

The 2004 Ion Redline had a supercharged engine and transmission that would make it to the 2005 Cobalt SS until 2007. But the 2004 Redline had a unique cradle and front engine mount. This is our exclusive all steel rotated front mount for that car. No one else does mounts like this for the Redline 2004.
