When replacing rotors and/or pads I bed my brakes on a stretch of toll road near my house that is wide open and pretty smooth. I do about 5 to 6 back to back full-on stops from 120 to 10 (without invoking ABS). For race pads I do 10 such back-to-back stops. NEVER ONCE did I have brake fade during this procedure. Which illustrates just how hard road tracks are on brakes.

The instructions from CED on installing the brembo kit provide a 'break in' procedure and states to stop firmly from 30 to almost 0 (do not let the brakes lock or actually stop the car) multiple times. 10ish iirc...
