ebay short shifter or twm?

alright so i really want a short shifter for my car. ive heard the ebay cavalier short shifters will fit our cars (i have a 2.4) and they are a really good price. the twm shifter is also a choice, but for 100 something odd dollars thats a lot of money to spend on a shifter. what do you all think who have either of these, is the length comparable and throw length? let me know guys

I had a TWM and loved it. You pay for what you get I always say.

But the ebay shifter is nice, its solid one piece metal. It is suprisingly well built, I was shocked at how nice it was when i got it

i love my hurst.

the ebay shifter seems like it does a decent job for a good price.

but considering i got my hurst on sale for $109, it was worth the extra $$

For one of my winter mods, ill be getting a ebay short throw shifter. Saves me a ton of money for basically the same thing.

i have the TWM with the big weighted handle, and i love it.

had i not gotten it for like $110 shipped with handle, i'd have done the ebay route.

in other words, i think the TWM is nicer... but at like $225 with the "Real" knob... it's a lot of loot.

And the knob you get with the ebay shifter is heavy whithout sending more $$$. Make sure you ask the seller if the shifter comes with a knob,a couple people have gotten them whithout the knod, but I think they got it taken care of.

I got mine from K2 but they are showing it without a knob now so I would stay away from them + someone got a shifter from them without the knob. I would go with this one http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/00-05...spagenameZWDVW it has a knob + a new boot.
