Exhaust Help

First post to the forum, been using it for research when i went to pick up my cobalt ss/sc. Alright so my question is: is the turbo cobalt stock exhaust the same as the supercharged cobalt's exhaust. Reason im asking is a guy is parting out his turbo cobalt, and i need a diff exhaust because mine is a hack job and for now just want to do something quick and cheap i can pick it up for like $75-$100. Or maybe i should say with it fit onto the SC cobalt?

No it won't fit it has a different flange that connects to the downpipe. The turbo exhaust is 3 bolt and the SC exhaust is 2 bolt.

Yes, it will technically fit/work.

All you have to do is remove the 3-bolt flange and weld on a 2-bolt flange.

Simple fix really.

Also, the SS Turbo has a full 2.5" catback.

The SS Supercharged has a 2.5" catback until the rear twist beam where it reduces to 2.25".

Yes, everything you said is right. I just thought he wanted an exhaust without having to do any modification. I have a stock SS/SC exhaust I am willing to sell as well.

I think he just wants to get away from the hacked up exhaust on his car currently. Cutting and welding the proper flange is easy, but if u have a stock SS/SC exhaust that is even better for him.
