not spring cus originally its my idea and that would suck for me if i had this idea and it was huge and im still in iraq when it happens...ill be pissed. plus gives more time for planning.

yea we will form a commitee around summer time to make sure all the details get worked out and no one is over whelmed with planning everything.

if this plan goes like i thought it out in my head it should be a way bigger turn out than just 100 people, i hope

not gonna be a one day thing im trying to make this plan for a entire weekend..

we need to get people started tho on getting jobs and stuff and finding trust worthy people we need **** done.

i.e. a bank acct opened for funds holding
we need shirts (everyone should agree on the design so it can be printed in bulk)
we need to reserve the track for the weekend.
we need someone to find hotels
we need a park area to get food and **** (dogs and burgers)
and if possible with enough cash left over i think we should rent one of those jumping things for kids to play in so they arent bored.

i was thinking like people start getting in friday night early saturday morning. then that saturday afternoon we hit up the track. the track has auto x and drag strip.

then that sunday we have a bbq in the park chill talk **** to each other take pics then a huge huge cruise some where as everyone parts off to go home.

with a bar night on sat night of course.

20 hour drive *face palm* honestly if i were to attend this meet id rather fly there and just hangout. probobly cheaper in the long run
