Question getting Head preplaced

I'm getting my cylinder head replaced on my 06 Cobalt SS with 66,000 miles under warranty they said that the pin hole thats leaking oil i forget the technical name something like "prescient" anyways i have a small tiny tiny hole in my head.. I am getting a new one an was wondering if there is any concerns that i should have, how long should i wait before i have drive it like a stole it again?

it is porosity, think of a porous materal like foam, which is what the engine is cast in

also its is pronounced "REplaced" not preplaced

Yes there is. The repair job.

Just take it easy for a few days to make sure something wasn't left loose or some piece of casting debris wasn't lodged in that head.

casting debris? they are putting a new cylinder head on. and if anything is left loose in the valvetrain, you will know about it ASAP cause its loud as ****.

On the main board screen all you see is "gettin head" and I was like chyea tgen read this post and got turned off real quick

Don't worry about it, it's a warranty repair. Drive the car as normal. If it breaks in 3 days, take it back and have them fix it right.
