You could always try like youre too tall/short big/skinny not comfortable, it does funny things on a cold start (hard to replicate once you drive it there). But keep in mind youre inconveniencing those innocent enterprise people (besides the one who gave you the cube in the first place). Just thoughts I had to get you out of the cube.

Yeah I second guessed my use of the word innocent. The people at my Enterprise were overwhelmingly nice. The dealership was actually really nice too. It was a very welcome surprise.

My dealership is terrible. I called monday and they said 48 hours for a loaner. I waited 3 days and called back and they had no record of me every calling. That and the fact that i feel like everyone talks down on me when they barely know what they are talking about is why i hate stealerships

My car went haywire on me on 3/6/14. Took it to the dealership and had them work on it. Called them after 5 days and they said it was all fixed. Picked it up and nothing had been worked on according to the invoice, except the steering motor recall. I raised hell with the service manager. Took my car to another shop and they said they couldn't do anything because it was computer related issue. Took it back to the dealership and the manager said he had just got off the phone with corporate 10 minutes before I came back in, instructing him to give everyone rental that are coming in for the recall. I've had a rental since 3/12/14. Been rocking chevy impala from enterprise. They called enterprise and told them I was coming to pick up a car for 21 days. I got there and told the kid at the counter it was for 21 days and he laughed thinking I was ******* with him. He was a little embarrassed when he saw that the computer had indicated 21 days. Anyways I'm 24, not legally able to rent a car, but they didn't say a thing about that.

You are legally allowed to rent a car through Enterprise for replacement purposes at 18 years old. 21-24 have different qualifications but you can still rent for personal use.

how were you guys able to keep your car and get a rental? They're telling me I have to leave it on the lot and that if anything were to happen I'm responsible

Find a different dealership or call GM customer service at 800-222-1020 and they'll help you. My dealership initially told me my car wasn't even recalled.

well I just got off the phone with them and they said unless the dealer does not have room you have to leave the car but she will see what she can do. She also told me since my ignition was not repaired that is only a precaution

Called the dealer today and they'll have my car until the middle of next week, switched out the maibu -I commute 60 miles to work and it got 25mpg- for a focus. Atleast when I do get my LNF back It'll seem fast as ****!

You'll get way better in the focus. That's what my loaner is. I haven't filled up yet but the screen shows 34.2mpg. The auto transmission in them is God awful though.

I ended up getting an Impala, much too big for me. I called asking for a Sonic since this branch will not give me anything but a GM product. Enterprise does appreciate you calling and making a reservation this insures that your call will be ready and you won't be sitting around waiting for hours like I did... but then again there was plenty of cars down the street at the other enterprise lol
