Heat Exchanger Temp Gauge Question

So im working on pieces for the LSJ SC Swap and was thinking about gauges. I was thinking of putting in two temp sensors in the heat exchanger pipes with a toggle to switch between the hot and cold sides.

Has anyone done this or anyone monitoring the temp in the heat exchanger system?

If you want data on the performance of the heat exchanger then do that. Otherwise I'd just go for the one on the cold side to monitor temps entering the system
