I looks like a Cobalt with a rocker guard that wit properly.

Looking for someone that has installed Vertical Door hinges here to find out what exactly they did when they did theirs.
just cut the damn thing. you cant have everything fit mint with damn near anything aftermarket. its the price you have to pay to play.

i have a cobalt so i have pics of a lambo door hinge behind the splash guard? lol ignorance.....
so im supposed to already know how big your hinges are as well? and how far its pushing the guard out? and where exactly its hitting? and how much youve already modified the hinges? comeon man seriously....

... This is why I said over and over and over in this thread that I'm looking for someone who HAS installed these...

I'll say it once more for clarification though.

I'm looking for someone that has installed these.

Then rocks and mud will be sprayed all over the henges and inside of the fender...
I'm sure the henges won't work better with rocks and mud jammed in it, and sure it doesn't help the rust factor...

Still looking for someone that has done this.

Wrote Beamer, but guess he's not on yet, and I have to get this done as I have a dentist appointment in a few hrs...

Was really hoping to find more of the people that have done this to let me know what the hell they did.

Their great in tight spaces. Can open your door up all the way without it taking up half the next parking space next to you.

Well **** it. I cut it, duct taped up where the hole was on both sides (like that'll stay when it gets wet...)
and put it on and it still doesn't fit good, but it's on there.... barely, ******* gong show. WHy they hell couldn't they have made these to fit the damn car. THey are suppose to be made for this car. Apparently long as the bolt pattern lines up somewhat, that's what they call made for the car....

******* hell.

Pic may be played out, but that doesn't negate the truth of it's contents.

Maybe a little research would have been in order before all the chopping and cutting?

This, and the internet, and the company were my research.
All were no help.

Seems there's no way around it. Blows...

ahh much better!

i know its a pain, i would test fit it as it seems you have, pull it off, and spray paint the whole thing at least just to somewhat rust protect it.

then i would worry about the fender liner issue
