thanks a bunch. yeah i read for autos only too but I have seen a couple installed looks good and would be a nice feature. I know you had matching paint earlier but what about clear coat? My dealer was not going to get it for me because they had to order a case. So they said. I had to get it elsewhere but it was a pain because nowhere on the GM can does it say what type of paint it is. There were different clears for different paints. So two questions i guess the GM matched sprays are what kind of paint? and how much would some clear from GM be?

That's what I did with my yellow balt. It also depends on the color too. There are a few colors available. But for the rest of the colors, you will have to buy the paint to match one (like I did) and have it painted.

17803417 - SPOILER PKG, R/END, HIGH WING, SPORT RED
17803420 - SPOILER PKG, R/END, HIGH WING, LASER BLUE
12499802 - SPOILER PKG, R/END, HIGH WING, ULTRA SILVER
12499803 - SPOILER PKG, R/END, HIGH WING, BLACK
12499804 - SPOILER PKG, R/END, HIGH WING, VICTORY RED
12499805 - SPOILER PKG, R/END, HIGH WING, PRIMED PAINT TO MATCH

edit:
Dealer Price $378.00 List Price $540.00 Trade Price $459.00 for already painted spoilers
Dealer Price $350.00 List Price $500.00 Trade Price $425.00 for paint to match spoilers

I forgot about them completely! Thanks fr33k

Again they are also different. The Cavi has the ABS sensor made on the axle if the car has ABS. So the Cavi has 2 different axles for each side for a manual car with or with out ABS. The Cobalt only has 1 kind of axle regardless.

Noone makes axles for the Cobalt that can handle high HP?

Yeah just tring to see how different or 2.4 axles compare to the older j's. Thought they would be similar since they share the same trans. I've been debating getting dr's or not and don't really want to break something. Might just bight the bullet for next season and get a set and just see how the axles hold up.
