no offense.. but your dads an idiot... 9/10 the dealer will "miss quote" the damage and realize something else is wrong after the insurance check is administered.. I have a body shop I do business with... and all you usually have to do if they're reputable is ask them to use new GM parts... hell you can order the damn parts....

and padding the price though probably slightly illegal is awesome haha
