How do you know if your addicted to modding?

I don't know about everyone else but I stopped spending money on everything else to save up for mods. I keep telling myself "only one more thing and i'm done". The funny thing is that I said that after my first mod (Stage 2) and now look at my sig. I just can't stop. We need to start Cobalt addictions Anonymous. I want everyone elses opinion on this.

Yep I said that too. I honestly would like to just get a dual-pass and call it quits. There really isnt anything else I want or really could do. I have a 2.9" on the gm tune. I don't really want to get it dyno tuned so I think I might do the dual-pass eventually and that be it.

I keep telling myself the same thing. I'm almost done with performance also. But I feel like I need a strut bar, sway bar, halo's, wheels, new tires, etc.

I need one of them. Either that or have them take more money out of my check for retirement or IRA's or something.

well thats when you know your addicted to modding , is when you spend a **** load of money and you really dont get anywhere , because you buy an intake here , carbon fiber hood there , maybe an hid kit , lower it , system , rims , and with all that people will spend 6K+ and will have made their car WAY slower

Damn! You must have bought wheels/tires and stereo equipment for it. What kind of cobalt do you have?

If it wasn't for this site I would never have bought the stage2 kit. Probably wouldn't have air-boxed it either. I also want a new header, downpipe and exhaust. If I get that then I'll have to pay someone for dyno time and a tune. Then I ........................

It was not a easy start. We had some rough times but everyone does. There is no perfect girl or guy. You have to choose to love someone or not. Simple as that....

I also like to put money into my car but I am done until next year. There is still stuff I want to get but it going to have to wait because I have only had the car since march and I just picked up a zzp downpipe and a methanol injection kit to go along with all the other stuff I have. I just have to keep telling myself no more until next year.
