I'll keep it until it blows up...literally and/or figuratively which ever comes first. It'll be paid off in 3 months, so I plan on banking as much money as I can.

I would have no problems rocking it til the wheels fell off, as long as I could afford a nice DD and make the cobalt into a weekend/summer beast.

Gonna have kids and a family at some point, so probably another 3-4 years. Then a nice sedan like a G37 or something like this.

The "New" 2010? Probably run it to 80k miles and dump it. Its at 15k now.
Wifes 09 LS black coupe? She hang on to that for another 5-6 years at least. its only got 10k miles.
Son #1s 09 LS green coupe? It will get him through Doc and post doc- another 4 years. Cars at 20k now.
Son# 2s 09 G5 XFE? He'll keep it till the wheels fall of like the rest of his cars. Cars at 30k now.

Well, I actually plan on keeping my LNF! Even once I pay it off, there is no way I would get back the money that I will be putting into it. Plus, it's a great car for a FWD platform! A simple tune and a few bolt ons will put you well over 320whp??! I'm not arguing with that! I mean... I do plan on getting back into an Evo X GSR, but this Cobalt isn't going anywhere! So consider me a Lifer!

If you blow it up, let me know. I've got a cheap replacement motor for ya..haha

I plan to keep mine forever. No one is going to pay me what I've put into it. It's probably going to be completely gutted out in 2 years and be a track/weekend fun car.

Had the LS for 4 years flat, on the anniversary I divorced her and bought the SS, it's already pissing me off with all the things wrong but they're getting warrantied, if **** keeps breaking at this rate then maybe couple years max, if not then keeping until it dies or I make enough to afford something that wasn't built with eyes closed and hands behind their back.

Until its paid for this coming spring, which is when I finish university. Then I'll be selling it and getting a Regal GS through work.

Been a good car though. Got me through last year of highschool and all of university without issues (knock on wood) so I can't complain.
